Halloween Haunt is on from 7 p.m.to midnight, Friday, Saturday and Sundays in the month of October and November at the Santa Clara park. Fun Shoot at ATC | My latest hobby has been competitive shotgun shooting, primarily Trap and Sporting Clays. I recently completed two videos for the Sacramento Bee along with an article on this long standing sport. Both videos were shot at the Auburn Trapshooting Club. New at California's Great America for 2008 is Firefall. Firefall is a Huss Top Spin ride that is heavily themed with water and fire effects. 40 riders rise and spin over water while volcanoes erupt with flames. Guests are surprised at the end by being suspended over a fiery lake that makes bystanders move back due to the heat. Click the above picture to watch a video. |
